Whilst taking a career break to be at home with my (mostly!) adorable kiddies, I was approached by several friends who ran local businesses asking for HR advice, knowing my business background.

These informal chats, and the questions asked, made me realise how many local, and not so local, businesses need support with HR, without the commitment or price tag of having their own HR department. From there Mitchell HR was born…
